Changes occur every day. The changes that Christ makes are the only ones that really count. Only by the power of Jesus Christ thru His Holy Spirit are we truly and eternally changed. Let us search for Him with an undivided heart, and may we all submit to His changing us~~!

Mary had a little lamb….
My little sister tried raising one when she was in school. I was grown and gone, but I remember that grooming a sheep seemed like a monstrous task. Unfortunately, her sheep seemed to look pretty shabby as I remember….
Sheep aren’t known for being smart. They need a lot of care, a lot of protection, and a lot of provision. Tending sheep would be very involved and time consuming.
I haven’t raised sheep, never been around a little lamb really, but I’m always drawn to the pictures of them. They look precious somehow….Baby animals of any kind are like that. Precious.
Imagine caring for a little lamb, feeding it, grooming it, protecting it, then carrying it to a religious center and handing it over to some stranger that will kill it and drain the blood out on a stone altar. Imagine picking out the very best one, not to pet and love, but to die. Imagine a perfect wool coat, stained with blood.
Ugh…..
Again, I am thankful to be born this side of the cross. Again, I am thankful that I have never had to choose a substitute to be sacrificed as penalty for my own transgression of law. Again, I struggle to wrap my mind around the truth of all that Jesus did.
For me.
Hallelujah.
